Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification.
To cancel, you can email us or write to us or within 14 working days upon receipt of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them. Item(s) must be returned with a returns number that will be confirmed from our office once a return(s) is requested.
We encourage all items returned from clients to be sent recorded, as we can accept no liability for lost items in the post. Customers are liable for the postage cost of any return(s). Upon receipt and approval APS Cufflinks will issue a refund to your card for the item and confirmation sent via email. Please allow five working days for the credit to be received

Shipping
Our Cufflinks are posted worldwide from the UK. For domestic orders we use Royal Mail standard post although we do offer special delivery options that can be confirmed during the checkout process.
For International orders we use relevant companies from the country in question, clients are liable for any local import duties on orders. Customers will need to consult with their local customs office on any possible charges.
Orders can be tracked on line at any time simply sign in and follow the link in your account options to view the status of any current or past orders. Emails are sent to your confirmed email address confirming pending, processing and final delivery of goods.
The majority of stock is held and will be posted promptly but should we have a delay or problem we will confirm this to you via email and possibly via phone should we receive no response.
Goods will be sent to the delivery address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Please note that your goods may be sent to you in instalments should an item(s) be on back order. You may cancel your entire order with us if subsequent instalments forming part of your order are not delivered by us.
VAT / Delivery Charges
All prices are listed ex VAT. As we are a global supplier this charge is applied on all purchases during check out for UK residents only in line with our obligation to list and charge this tax. Each delivery also has a minimum charge of £2.00 per order although we do offer Special and International signed for options during check out. We would suggest this be taken for any items of importance or value as items can be lost in post and must be resolved before we can issue replacements.
