We have compiled below some common asked questions with answers to assist you. Should you be unable to find the question below please feel free to contact us via email or telephone and one of our staff will be happy to assist you further.

Can I pay over the telephone?
Sorry to say we do not have the hardware in the office, we only accept orders via the internet. Alternatively you can pay by posted cheque or bank transfer if you wish. Please make cheques payable to APS Cufflinks Ltd, our address is APS Cufflinks, PO Box 33, Harleston, Norfolk, IP20 9WZ, England.

Is it safe to order online with a credit card?
The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, as required by the UK Data Protection Legislation, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access.

Delivery to another address or will it fit through my post box?
During check out you can edit the delivery address with the green “edit” button. Our standard cufflink box will fit through any standard letter box with a maximum order of four pairs. If Royal Mail are unable to deliver the item they will leave a card for you to collect from your local post office when convenient.

Do you gift wrap your cufflinks for customer?
Sadly we no longer offer this service. All items are packed in a smart gift box unbranded ready to be presented.

Do I have to pay VAT for non EU delivery?
All prices are shown online inclusive of UK vat. The tax must be applied on all UK & EU deliveries. When you create an account for Channel Islands or non EU country the prices will be revised to exclude this tax.

What is the availability of your product?
All items have bulk stock and ready for posting. We are even able to engrave orders same day if received by noon any working day. Default delivery is 1st class Royal Mail UK which takes 1-5 working days. You can also pick Special Delivery which is a guaranteed next day service by 1pm, this service now delivers on Saturday too. If your order is received after noon we will ensure the packet is sent next working day.

Opening Hours?
The business is online we have no shop to accept visitors for insurance reasons. We offer a limited telephone service between 8am-1pm Monday-Friday. If we miss your call we will call directly next working day although email offers a quicker response time to queries.

Do you offer engraving on non listed items?
We can only engrave on cufflinks that are listed in the engraved section of our site. Products are also listed as standard blank cufflinks at a lower price as we much charge a premium for the engraving service.

Can I engrave different text onto each cufflink?
Yes simply confirm the instruction in the comment box during check out. We will follow your instruction just leave the standard input line for engraving blank.

Do you offer a bespoke service?
Yes please view our custom made section to view past works. UK engraving typical lead time is 5 days, for colour moulds from China please allow 60 days.

Can I pick my free gift on £35 order?
Sorry no this is random process and a complimentary thank you from APS Cufflinks.

Christmas Extended Return Policy
For this special time of the year we offer extended return period. Any item purchased in December for a gift can be returned to our office by the 10th January for exchange or refund. This policy excludes engraving and bespoke work which we are unable to return into the catalogue for resale.

Unable to find a product that was listed previously
Should we sell out of any item then the product is temporarily turned off from our web page until new stock is approved for sale.

I want to cancel my order
If the order is still pending please email or call our office and we can refund your card and close the order. Please allow 5 days for the refund to appear under APS Cufflinks. For engraved or bespoke work we are unable to process a refund once work has begun.

I want to exchange my order
Should for any reason you be unhappy with the product and wish to return for exchange please return the item to our address with a covering note and instruction. Provided the item is a standard catalogue item and not bespoke or engraved we can swap over the product and post the new item FOC. The address is APS Cufflinks, PO Box 33, Harleston, Norfolk, IP20 9WZ, England.

I want to return my item for a refund
This is simple, should you be unhappy with the item for any reasons please contact our office by email or phone. You have 14 days to return the item once received. We offer a return number and simply post the item back for refund to our UK office, we also suggest sending the item recorded as we are unable to process a credit for items lost in the post. If the item is not desired by the client we are unable to refund any post costs. Should the item be defective we offer full refund on both postage costs. Sadly we are unable to offer any refund on bespoke or engraved orders as the items are unable to be resold. In the very rare situation that a product is marked or faulty please contact us so we can resolve matters directly for you.
