I ordered 2 pairs cufflinks - tie pin and engraved box. The lady on the phone was very helpful and even went and fetched the tie pin and gold cufflinks to see that they were a good match , which they certainly were, and phoned me back. This was 9.15 Wed morning. I went on line and ordered and then went shopping - I received an e-mail timed at 9.50am to say that my order had been despatched!! I thought it was a joke! I received the complete package at 9.00am next morning. Excellent customer service/relations and lovely products...

I was looking for a very special present for my husband for our Wedding Anniversary and happened to look at this website by chance. I bought these cufflinks along with the engraved presentation box. They are beautifully engraved and I am extremely pleased with both of them. I ordered them Tuesday afternoon and they have just arrived in this morning's (Thursday) post.
